DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes, we ship anywhere around the world. International rates apply and average between $9.50USD to $13.50 USD depending on location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note - as duties or fees charged by the inbound government are the responsibility of the buyer.
Currently shipping to Australia and New Zealand is only done through Priority Mail Express, UPS or DHL, so shipping rates are very high there.
WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER?
Refer to the size chart below with measurements and specific phone models. If you have cases on your phone, make sure to include that in figuring out what size is best.
KOALA CLIP USE
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ORIGINAL AND LUX?
Original and LUX Koala Clips function in the same way but there are two main differences. The LUX Koala Clip comes with an internal card pocket to carry cards and cash separately from your phone. The material on both models are the same -a high quality spandex nylon blend that is made from recycled water bottles.
HOW DO I PUT KOALA CLIP ON?
Koala Clip is designed to slip inside the back of your sports bra. Here is a video demonstration of putting it on with a racerback bra.
DO YOU HAVE TO RUN IN JUST A SPORTS BRA TO USE KOALA CLIP?

DO YOU HAVE TO WEAR A RACERBACK BRA?
Koala Clip works with a variety of bra styles. However, it works best with a sports bra with straps that meet at the top of your back and a band tuck the clip into. A band only type clasp is not optimal for Koala Clip to keep phone secured and annoyance-free. We suggest using in the front or on waistband with that style of bra.
WHAT WILL FIT IN MY KOALA CLIP?
Each Koala Clip pouch can hold your phone, cash, cards, keys and even fuel for long runs. The more you add to it the bulkier it will be though, if you are worried about how it will appear on your back.
CAN YOU USE KOALA CLIP ON YOUR WAISTBAND OR FRONT OF BRA?
Koala Clip works well when paired with shorts or tights with a drawstring. Slip Koala Clip along your hip and secure magnetic clip over waistband. Some users have found Koala Clip will slip in the front of their sports bra as well. This is very much a user by user experience.
Basically you need something to counter-act gravity. So a high waisted band or a drawstring will ensure no movement, the magnetic clip on its own does not do that. It is in same in the back of the sports bra. Bra straps give it the stability.
General Washing Instructions:
Koala Clips are machine washable. We suggest you wash your Koala Clip in cold water before first using to prevent any dye transfer. After that, you can choose to wash your Koala Clip as often as you'd like. Line dry after washing.
Zipper Care:
Some users have experienced sweat build up on their zippers over the past warm months which led their zipper to stick and eventually break. The zipper is not rusting, but rather is accumulating sweat.
To prevent this from happening, we suggest letting your Koala Clip air-dry after using - don't throw it in a bag right away. Additionally, regularly rinse the zipper and wipe dry after rinsing before letting it air dry.
If you notice any white build up on the zipper, submerge your Koala Clip zipper in a solution of 1 cup vinegar and 3 cups water then wash in your machine as normal.
