Steps to exchange

If you ordered your first Koala Clip in the wrong size or color the exchange process is pretty easy. Exchanges are free to all US customers, unfortunately unless there is a manufacturing error international exchanges will be charge a shipping and processing fee.

Follow the steps below:

1. Make sure to check our size chart to ensure what size you need: SIZE CHART.

2. Send email to help@koalaclip.com and we'll set you up with return shipping label.

3. Print your mailing label provided in email and send back your items. 

4. Be patient. We cannot send out the new product until we've received back your original order. This process can take up to 4 weeks.

5. If you'd prefer to just return the product and order a new one, send us to email above and we'll help you with that as well.
