Koala Clip's Order Processing and Shipping Policy
Koala Clip is a small business and we believe in making our customer's satisfied. If you have any questions, concerns, or issues when your purchase arrives, please email email@example.com.
Orders are processed as submitted and will be shipped 1-3 business days from ordering. This includes priority or express orders. If you need an order URGENTLY, please reach out to email address above and we'll do our best to get it out for you.
Koala Clips LLC ships through USPS. You may choose first class mail or priority shipping at checkout and is at the expense of the buyer. Orders of $45 or more ship free within US, first class.
Please allow 2 - 8 business days (after you receive your shipping notice) for delivery, depending on destination shipping in US, while international orders take 15 - 30 business days.
We do ship internationally! However, international orders are subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipient's responsibility. You can check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Orders are shipped out as items are ready. If you wish to have your order held and all shipped together, please make a note at checkout.
International order take 10 - 45 business days for delivery. You may select an upgrade of priority international shipping at your expense as well. Koala Clip is not responsible for lost packages or uninsured packages shipped via USPS First Class.
If you refuse a shipment from Koala Clip, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import duties, fees and/or taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Koala Clip is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undeliverable items. Please check the shipping address closely before placing your orders.
Koala Clip is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the USPS, the weather or other events out of our control.
We are now partnering with ROUTE to give you peace of mind about your orders. ROUTE will be able to process your lost, stolen, or damaged packages a lot quicker than we have been able to and will provide 100% coverage at only $.98 a package under $100, and then only 1% of the package value over $100. You will receive an email from us as well as them upon check out with their fast, easy directions, and a link to file claims if needed. International orders are all covered as well! If your package never arrived even though tracking says it was delivered, if the package was damaged upon arrival, meaning the bag was ripped open and items were dirty inside from holes within the bag, Route will take care of that.

If the item was defective from our manufacturer and its our fault, still email us and will will gladly help you out!
With that said, Koala Clip will no longer be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, and by knowingly not accepting the insurance we offer at check out, we will not be able to refund or replace orders on our end.
