Koala Clip's Shipping and Return Policy
Koala Clip is a small business and we believe in making our customer's satisfied. If you have any questions, concerns, or issues when your purchase arrives, please email email@example.com.
Orders are processed as submitted and will be shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. If you need an order by a specific date, please use the notes section at checkout. That will help ensure timely delivery. As we continue to grow, this time will hopefully lessen but please know we are doing our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Koala Clips LLC ships through USPS. You may choose first class mail or priority shipping at checkout and is at the expense of the buyer. Occasionally we offer free first class shipping deals, check Instagram or Facebook to see if there is a current offer. Please allow 2 - 8 business days (after you receive your shipping notice) for delivery, depending on destination shipping in US, while international orders take 10 - 20 business days. If you need overnight delivery, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for details as you may select to upgrade shipping for an additional amount.
We do ship internationally! However, international orders are subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipient's responsibility. You can check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Orders are shipped out as items are ready. If you wish to have your order held and all shipped together, please make a note at checkout.
International order take 10 - 20 business days for delivery. We recommend selecting USPS International Priority or USPS International Priority Express shipping for international orders, which includes tracking and insurance. Koala Clip is not responsible for lost packages or uninsured packages shipped via USPS First Class.
If you refuse a shipment from Koala Clip, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import duties, fees and/or taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Koala Clip is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undeliverable items. Please check the shipping address closely before placing your orders.
In case of returns, the customer is responsible for shipping. Koala Clip is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Koala Clip is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the USPS, weather or other events out of our control.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. You are responsible for the shipping fees for returning your items.
We do not guarantee items will be in stock in case of exchanges. We recommend placing a new order online for the desired item and requesting a return for the item you wish to return. This will help ensure you get items while they are in stock.
In the case of damaged or incorrect items received, items will be replaced if we are informed within 30 days of purchase.
