Koala Clip MINI

I have been a customer since 2019. I have purchased several clips through the years for myself and gifts. I have also purchased when they were available, running tights, shorts and bra, all which are of great quality. Through the years if I had questions regarding my purchases I had no problems with getting a response via email to any of my questions. This last purchase of a mini and lux clip which were supposed to be a gift was a complete disappointment. It took three weeks to receive my items from ordering. Never has been that long before plus I emailed 5 times with not one response. I never was disregarded or ignored in the past. Needless to say I had to purchase another gift for my friends birthday. Such a disappointment in customer service considering they have a useful product.

I got the mini to use as a discrete "phone pocket" when wearing "pocketless" pants. It works great for my small Galaxy Flip. Just a thought...if you used a slim bit of
Velcro instead of a zipper...it would be even easier to use and may be able to accommodate a slightly larger phone.
