We partner with local seamstresses to produce these instead of using a factory. There is a 7 - 10 day delay right now as we make this transition and up our ability to produce these.

Excellent product

I've purchased 3 over the years because they are so practical. It's stored in my running basket in the car, so I never have to worry about forgetting it. The size works for a phone, keys, and card, so my hands can be free. It's so easy to wear that I forget I've got it on me. Get one!

Disappointed with Quality and Service

I just received my order and man, I really wanted to love this product, but I’m disappointed. Poor execution. The internal pocket for the key was not properly sewn into the pouch, leaving a small hole at the bottom. The clip is not centered on the back of the product but is crooked to one side. It’s not even sewn into the pouch—it’s glued on with some kind of adhesive, which will very likely weaken over time with use and sweat. The fabric of the pouch is also damaged in some areas, as if it had rubbed against something sharp that caused fraying.

Also the customer service is just not there. I placed my order on September 4th, and by September 14th I hadn’t even received an estimate of when it would be shipped. I wrote to them, and conveniently, the next day they sent my order—but they didn’t even bother replying to my email. I would return the product, but I don’t feel like wasting the time or energy.

Everyone needs one of these

I’ve purchased several of these over the years when I’ve upgraded my phone and the design keeps getting better and better. My most recent purchase of the luxe is my favorite so far! It keeps sweat and rain from my phone, and I love the card pocket. I plan to get several of these for stocking stuffers! Highly recommend.

Koala clip gives me haves free while running

I got the koala clip because I thought it was quite annoying to have to be holding my phone or put my phone in a pocket while running. This clip has given me a hands-free ability to still keep my phone on me and put it in the back of my bra.I wish it had a little more stability and did not flap so much when I am not clipping in under my bra on my back.

Hasn’t arrived

I ordered my Koala Clip on 7/23. It still has not arrived- today is 8/16. I have emailed twice, with no response. Supposedly it was sent 8/5.
Very disappointed. Seems as though I made a bad choice. Won’t be purchasing from this company in the future.

As a lifelong runner, our founder Kristina couldn't figure out a comfortable way to carry her phone while running. It was a long run, Kristina had an epiphany.
