We partner with local seamstresses to produce these instead of using a factory. There is a 7 - 10 day delay right now as we make this transition and up our ability to produce these.

My third Koala Clip

My first Koala Clip was purchased in 2017 when the company was brand new! I’ve tried many other solutions to holding my phone, and none compare. This version is my favorite yet - the pocket is big enough for my small key and fob with plenty of room for my phone. The magnet is strong enough to keep things from moving AT ALL during my runs, and even though I’m covered in sweat, the contents within my pouch stay dry. I only use it with my standard sports bra with a high racer back. I cannot recommend this product enough!! Love it!

Disappointing

I really wanted to like it. I went by the sizing suggestion from the description using the phone I have to decide what size to get. The XL is way too big for the iPhone 15 pro max with a case on it. The key compartment is on the side that will be against your back. It would be less noticeable if it was on the other side. The order was placed on July 10th and I didn’t receive it until August 1. I reached out by email 2 times and by text 1 time and didn’t get a response from any of them. I would send it back but can’t imagine the hassle that would be.

Disappointed

I really wanted to love this product, but it didn’t work out for me. This product was recommended by a local run club. I was excited to try it because I’m sick of my armband and I don’t like flip belts, I don’t wear a hydro vest and prefer shorts to run tights so I was looking for a way to carry my phone while running in the summer. It took a month to arrive.
It didn’t seem to be of good quality. I had trouble fitting my phone in the fabric. I also had trouble getting it affixed to different run bras. I had to have my kids help and I needed help before the start of my race. The clip on the back seemed unstable, flimsy or broken. The zipper broke off a few minutes before my race started. I ended up throwing ithe product away at a water stop on the course. It’s not practical if you like to change playlists or snap photos. I think it’s a great concept. I just think the design needs some work.

Does not work at all, bounds all over the place

Cannot recommend these at all. Couldn’t even run 0.1 miles with it. Was bouncing all around. Really upset.

Love these things!

I think this is my 4th Koala clip since 2020? They have seen me through marathons, half- marathons, and so many other races during that time. I always like to have at least 2 in rotation and I am super hard on them. For washing I toss them in both the washer and dryer which probably is not recommended but I think shows how durable they are.

As a lifelong runner, our founder Kristina couldn't figure out a comfortable way to carry her phone while running. It was a long run, Kristina had an epiphany.
