Below we are sharing Sasha's pre-run activation routine. This is a personal favorite of our founder, Kristina. You need a roller, a towel (or yoga strap), and looped resistance-band.
Activation routine is not just about warming up your muscles. It does that too - but activation prepares your muscles to work properly when you begin running.
