Processing, Shipping and Tracking Your Koala Clip
I listened to a podcast with Jesse Thomas from a few years ago talking about the beginnings of Picky Bars. He shared that the first 1.5 years the bars were made out of their kitchen. They started small and grew bit by bit. While I’m not comparing us to Picky Bars, I’m so thankful for entrepreneurs who have shared their successes and failures. I don’t know where this path will lead but we will take it bit by bit with me still hand assembling for awhile.
I share that because while I am super passionate and excited about the response Koala Clip has received and the trajectory we are on - I want to be honest that right now this is a side gig for me. I work full-time in addition to parenting two small kiddos and trying to find time for my husband and personal health. As of right now, this is a one-woman show with me still hand assembling each Koala Clip, on top of the packaging, shipping, customer service, and working with manufacturing to the product packaging. So unlike Amazon Prime, your package will not ship out the next day in most cases. Right now, it is taking me 3-6 days to get most orders out while I juggle everything else.
Some exciting things are in the works, and this time frame of processing will be significantly cut in the next few weeks to a month, but please bear with me as I promise I am trying to get orders out as quickly as I am able.
How to Ensure Getting your Koala Clip by a certain date:
Use the "NOTES" field at check out and let me know if you need it by a certain race or date.
What about Priority Shipping?
Selecting priority shipping does not necessarily mean I am going to process your order any more quickly. Adding the note at checkout or sending me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or slide into my DMs on Instagram to let me know of your need. Priority shipping means it ships quicker once it is at the USPS, does not equate to quicker processing on my end.
