Frog Pose - the ultimate single yoga pose for runners

Frog pose is the one yoga pose that I use throughout the week. If my legs are feeling tight and I am short on time - I do this pose and relax into it for 5 minutes. My hips and inner thighs cause a lot of tension in my legs and this releases my entire lower body.
