Continuing on our exploration of yoga, pilates and barre for runners and athletes, we wanted to provide some resources if you are new or looking to start one (or more) of these practices.
Everyones access to in person classes is different right now with the world still dealing with the pandemic. So we thought we'd share some of our favorite online resources to make it a little more accessible for you. Explore the online world of workouts from the comfort of your own home.
Below are some of the top our team have tested over the last year of the pandemic.
Alo Moves - our founders favorite place for yoga online. The teachers are high quality, instruction is similar to what you would find in a studio, and the settings of the recordings are top notch.
Glo - nationally acclaimed instructors in Pilates and Yoga offer many different styles and lengths of practice. You can practice with world-renowned instructors from the comfort of your home. They also offer runner or athlete specific classes.
Peloton - if you are already using the app for strength, running or cycling, then you are familiar with the format. These classes give a lot of motivation, a lot of pose instruction and include music.
FitOn - is a FREE app that includes Pilates and Yoga workouts along with a number of other offerings. Our marketing assistant swears by it!
