Exactly what I needed, just didn't know it.

I'm a runner who hates anything on my waist or in my hands while I run. I'm also a runner who distrusts pockets that don't zip, leading to TSA level pat downs every mile to make sure all the essentials are still there. Koala clip has saved me from these acrobatics. I personally don't notice it on my back and did not have to adjust to it.
